Vitamin C? let's see how it can helps our skin!

Updated: Apr 16

Always recognized as the most effective antioxidant against the degenerative effects of free radicals, ascorbic acid, better known as vitamin C, revitalizes and improves the elasticity of the skin by stimulating the formation of collagen, protects it from ultraviolet rays and fights the effects of toxic substances such as smoke and pollution.

As we getting old, factors like endogenous (natural) and exogenous (environmental) factors cause structural changes that alter the skin's complexion, making it uneven. From "age spots" caused by UV rays to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, skin spots are reduced thanks to the use of Vitamin C, as it blocks biochemical reactions that make the complexion irregular, leaving the skin more radiant.

The use of a topical product rich in vitamin C is essential because from 20 to 33 years of age the skin begins to reduce its elasticity by about 10 percent and so gradually more and more until it forms the classic wrinkles.

One of the most recommended products on the market is EVOLUTION 2, BRIGHTENING PLANKTON+VITAMIN C,

its main ingredients are:

- marine plankton, helps to depigment the accumulations of melanin that have given rise to the annoying spots;

- vitamin C, with its antioxidant power to help combat the damage of UV rays and added to marine plankton doubles the depigmenting action of the spots, giving the skin radiance and a more onogeneous complexion.

- Vine extract, with a very strong antioxidant action, also helps to strengthen the walls of the capillaries in order to facilitate circulation;

- hyaluronic acid, gives greater firmness to the skin by stimulating its own and natural production and giving greater firmness.

It is adviced to use in the evening to allow the skin to restore and regenerate itself during the night. It is very good for dull skin, pigmented skin, sensitive one, to strengthen the most superficial layers of the skin, skin with couperose.

Have you never used a Vitamine C to regenerate your skin or to lightening and depigmenting it? Let me know about your habit, I'm curious to discover it.
